If you’re looking for a reliable contractor, you found him! John is personable, listens to what you want, and does great work. He is great at communicating on when he will be over to start and complete the job. We wanted custom framing in our bedroom to help update the space, he did exactly what I wanted from inspiration photos I saved. I highly recommend him.

This young man was recommended to us by our exterminating company. They told me that he was just starting out, and said he would do a good job, so, we’re always willing to give a local small business a try. I called and told him the work I needed done, and John gave us a time he’d come out to assess the project. He arrived on time and said he’d have an estimate to us by the following day, which he did. After a review of the work he was going to do, we accepted the offer, and he gave us a date & time. Once again he texted us with his time of arrival, and again arrived on time. In all honesty, I thought the job would be to small, and he wouldn’t want to do it, but I was wrong. He removed a crawl space window & framed it out and sealed it up with weather treated wood, and replaced a 3 way light switch in our kitchen. The area he work for the window was under a back porch, where he’d have to basically lay on his back for it to be done, one of the reasons I’d thought he decline the job, but he didn’t. He took pictures each stage of the work, to show us the before and after. John is worth a call, if you’re going to need work done. We are completely satisfied, and I’m sure you will also.
